Board expands as it increases development and implementation of workforce programs to assist local employers and job seekers
Chair Josie Gonzales, County of San Bernardino Fifth District Supervisor, appointed At-Large Member Joseph Williams, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Action Project (YAP). Williams has worked for the County of San Bernardino in the Department of Behavioral Health, the Workforce Development Department and the Sheriff’s Department. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Non Profit Executive Network and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
